Qualified candidates must have excellent understanding of one or more areas of chemistry, biomedicine, software, computer science, Internet, electronics and electrical arts and have excellent writing skills for patent prosecution.

Staff / Paralegals with background in Intellectual Property. Ideal candidates have familiarity with filing requirements for U.S. and international patent, trademark, and copyright filing along with an understanding of docketing. Excellent writing skills and a familiarity with WordPerfect or Word are very desirable. Ability to work in a team environment is essential. Demonstratable computers skills are also highly desireable.
